- Email is free for small businesses. Text messaging (SMS) is an optional add-on: $25 for 130 text messages.
- Prices are in US dollars. No long-term contract: cancel with written notice received at least 30 days before your next billing date.

- How does the 7-day free demo work?
- Click Try the free demo and sign up with just your email, no card needed. For 7 days you get your own private Hi-Five with sample customers, so you can try check-in, rewards and shout-outs. When you're ready, choose your plan on this page and press Subscribe. Billing starts the day you subscribe.
- Can I cancel or get a refund?
- Yes. Cancel any time during the 7-day free trial and you won't be charged the monthly fee. If you cancel within the first 7 days of your paid subscription, we'll refund that first payment in full. After that, send us written notice (email is fine) at least 30 days before your next billing date. The one-time setup fee is non-refundable.
- How does text messaging work?
- Email is included in every plan, including the free trial. Texting is an optional add-on: $25 buys 130 text messages, and you can buy another pack whenever you need more.
- What counts as a team member?
- Each person on your team, including the owner and staff. Customers are unlimited on every plan.
- How do we get started?
- 1. Try the free 7-day demo (optional, no card needed). 2. Choose your plan above and press Subscribe to pay securely by card through Stripe: the one-time setup fee plus your first month or year. 3. Tell us your business details on the page that opens after payment. We'll set up your own Hi-Five, usually within two business days, and email you when it's ready.
- What does the setup fee cover?
- The one-time $99 setup fee covers setting up your own Hi-Five account, with a site that shows your logo and your business name. The one-time setup fee is due at sign-up, and the setup fee is non-refundable.
- What if we need more team members?
- Starter covers up to 3, Team up to 15 and Growth up to 25. You can move up a plan at any time. For a Large Team of 26 to 50, or more than 50, please contact us and we'll put together a plan that fits.
- What if we have more than one location, or an existing customer list?
- Each location is its own site at the monthly price, so every location keeps its own customers and team. The one-time $299 multi-location and bulk setup covers up to 3 locations and one import of up to 1,000 existing customers. Need more? Contact us for a quote. Please note that each location has its own monthly plan, based on the number of team members at that location.
- Is there a yearly price?
- Yes. Pay yearly and get 5% off. If you cancel, we refund the remaining months of your yearly membership. The refund is calculated from what you actually paid, after the 5% discount, so each remaining month is refunded at a slightly lower amount than the regular monthly price. The setup fee is non-refundable.
- Who owns our customer data?
- You do. Your data lives in your own database, and you can download your customer list as an Excel file any time.
